Fleece Products Pty Ltd are Australia's leading manufacturers of woollen high pile fabric. It is 100% Australian owned by the Reilly family.

Worldwide it would be one of the top three users of Australian wool for manufacture of high pile fabric. We are a piece goods manufacturer, specialising in producing fabrics to customer's specific requirements.

We offer a specialised design service to enable our customers to be the best in their field.

We produce a large range of fabrics with shorn pile weights of 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700 grams to 750 grams per square meter. The wool types used are 24 micron, 27 micron, 29 micron superwash wool

. Ultrafresh is available on our special blend of 29 micron and downs wool. Fabric widths are many and varied, ranging between 150cms and 215cm.

The main widths used are 150cm, 165cm, 190cm, 203cm and 215cm. Pile heights to suit end requirements range between 18mm and 36mm. Fabrics can be finished with either a plush finish or a natural sherpa finish.

The different back coatings used on our fabrics can give a soft stretchy finish, a soft finish, medium finish, firm finish or a hard finish.

The product range covers a broad spectrum of end uses, as follows: car seat covers, underblankets, washable wool quilts, invalid footwear, boot liners, equestrian products, cover for electric warming pads, combined with foam backing as a floor covering, hot water bottle covers, jacket linings and trims, rugs, dusters, soft toys, hospital bed pads, wheelchair seating, pillows and numerous other applications.

Our fabric is a sheepskin alternative and can be utilised for most applications where sheepskins are being used.
